Hazel Ann Boucher

December 8, 1971 – March 18, 2022

 

It is with heavy hearts the family of Hazel Ann Boucher of Fort McKay announce her passing on Friday March 18th, 2022.

 

Hazel is survived by her Father, Larry Boucher; Siblings, Harriet Boucher, Brian Boucher, Barry Boucher, and Nadine MacLean; Nieces and Nephews, Clinton Boucher, Kayla Whiskeyjack, Lori Lynn Boucher, Laura Boucher, Brian Boucher Jr., Bryanna Boucher, Cole Boucher, and Ethan Wolfe; as well as numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and extended family members and friends.

 

She is predeceased by her Mother, Velina Boucher; Grandparents, Sammy and Veronica Rolland and Hermas and Mary Jane Boucher.

 

On Saturday March 26th a Wake will be held, beginning at 4pm, through to Monday March 28th at the Fort McKay Elders Center. Following the Wake a Funeral Service will be held Monday March 28th at 11am.

 

 

Burial will follow at Fort McKay Cemetery.
