The family of Brian George Beverly Perry are saddened to announce his passing on Tuesday, February 1st, 2022, in Fort McMurray Alberta at the age of 59.

Brian is survived by his life partner for over 40 years and loving wife of 32 years, Darlene Perry; son, Adrian (Cassandra); daughter, Marlena (Domenic); mother, Annie; siblings, Colleen (Peter), Glennis (Lorne), Olin (Deanna), Irvin (Charlene), and Sonya (David); sister-in-law, Judy; grandchildren, Seth, Chloe, and Jayce; as well as numerous extended family members.

He is predeceased by his father, Lloyd; and brother, Daryl.

Brian was an avid hockey card collector and a devoted Boston Bruins Fan. He spent many years volunteering within the communities he called home. He often participated in the Walk for Muscular Dystrophy in Ontario as well as with the local Meals on Wheels program.

A  Visitation will be held between 5:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. Thursday, February 3rd, 2022 at Fort McMurray Funeral Home, B-225, MacDonald Crescent, Fort McMurray, Alberta.

A second Visitation will be held between 12:00 noon and 1:30 p.m. Friday, February 4th, 2022, at the Family Christian Center, 160 Dickins Dr, Fort McMurray, Alberta, with a Funeral Service to follow at 2:00 p.m.

The Restriction Exemption Program will be in place. Please bring your proof of vaccination as well as photo ID or a negative test result within the last 24hours.

A second Funeral Service will be held at a later date in Newcastle, Ontario where a burial will follow.
