Archie “Aj” James Auger
1983 – 2022
It is with heavy hearts the family of Archie “Aj” James Auger announce his passing on June 2, 2022, in Fort McMurray, Alberta.
Archie was a wonderful man. He laughed, joked, and made a person feel special. When times where down, he shared what he had, even if it wasn’t much. He loved his family, his sister, his nieces and nephew. But most dearly he loved his mother and his mother loved him.
He will always be her King.
He was truly kind, honest, strong, and had sympathy, among other amazing qualities. He was a fantastic cook! He loved his cooking shows, they inspired him to try new dishes. He especially enjoyed sushi.
Aj is survived by his mother, Darlene Auger; step-father, Dave Moore; father, Archie Desjarlais; sister, Melissa Auger; brothers, Christopher, Darren, and Curtis; nieces, Alijalt, McKayla, and Aya; nephews, Desmond, and Liam; uncle, Arnold; aunts, Elaine, Karen and Audrey; cousins, Brayden, Levi, Jorden Auger, Amand Auger, Arnold, Austin, Skylar, Cassie, and Feebee; best friend, Trevor Tremblay; friend, Keyan.
He is predeceased by his grandparents, Annie Auger, Robert Waniandy, Elizabeth Desjarlais, Tomy Desjarlais, and Archie William.
Farewell my son, my baby, my King. You will always be in my heart, until we meet again. You will forever be missed by your family and friends. You have a safe journey.
My condolences to the Auger family….I was extremely sad when I heard the loss of AJ. I remember him as a young lad on Willow Square, running around and playing with all the kids , he was always laughing and having a great time . I did not know him as an adult but I know his loss will be felt by your whole family
